Happy Valentine‘s week!
Here is a festive smoothie bowl I made this week in honor of Valentine’s Day. It’s delicious; healthy; and easy to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Smoothie Ingredients:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder
1 cup almond or coconut milk
Optional Toppings:
Granola (I used ”Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Hazelnut Grain Free + MCT Oil Granola")
Berries
Peanut or almond butter
Coconut
Cocoa nibs
Instructions:
Mix all smoothie ingredients in a blender
Pour smoothie into a small bowl
Top with toppings of your choice
Enjoy!
