Chocolate Covered Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Happy Valentine‘s week!


Here is a festive smoothie bowl I made this week in honor of Valentine’s Day. It’s delicious; healthy; and easy to make. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

Smoothie Ingredients:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 frozen banana

  • 1 scoop vanilla plant based protein powder

  • 1 cup almond or coconut milk

Optional Toppings:

  • Granola (I used ”Purely Elizabeth Chocolate Hazelnut Grain Free + MCT Oil Granola")

  • Berries

  • Peanut or almond butter

  • Coconut

  • Cocoa nibs


Instructions:

  • Mix all smoothie ingredients in a blender

  • Pour smoothie into a small bowl

  • Top with toppings of your choice

  • Enjoy!
